About Me.
I have worked in group practice, community mental health, outpatient centers, hospitals, and schools. I have ten years of experience treating a variety of mental health challenges across the lifespan including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma, ADHD, OCD, ASD, and issues related to grief and loss.

I firmly believe that the therapeutic relationship serves as the cornerstone of effective psychotherapy, providing the necessary foundation for healing, growth, and positive change. I prioritize building and maintaining a strong alliance with my patients to create a supportive environment where they can explore, understand, and overcome their difficulties with confidence and resilience.

I take a collaborative, holistic, nonjudgmental, and warm approach when working with my patients. I practice from an integrative, relational framework that utilizes methods and conceptual understandings from psychodynamic, attachment, Adlerian, interpersonal, and cognitive theoretical orientations. I also believe that incorporating spirituality into treatment can enrich the therapeutic process, help address existential concerns in a sensitive and meaningful way and allow patients to explore their beliefs, values, and ultimate concerns in a safe and accepting enviornment.
